October 2018 New President of the Polish Union of Soroptimist International Clubs
On 13 October Katarzyna (Kasia) Brykowicz began a two-year term as President of the Polish Union of Soroptimist International Clubs.Kasia is a member of our Bielsko-Biala Club.

20th June 2018. Completion of the project „Training of Female Volunteers” at the Educational-Medical-Rehabilitation Centre for Children and Young Persons of the Polish Association for the Blind at the „Little Castle” in Rudołtowice
The project began in December 2017. Between 1st December 2017 and 30th May 2018 workshops for the girls and women who had volunteered to work took place at the Educational-Medical-Rehabilitation Centre for Children and Young Persons of the Polish Association for the Blind at the ”Little Castle” in Rudołtowice. This training attracted the interest of quite a large number of young women as 165 persons applied for the course. 88 persons received course completion certificates
